The Internal Revenue Service is pleased to announce that they will be hosting the SPEC One, Big, Beautiful Bill Act Symposium on Wednesday, February 18, 2026, at 1 PM EST. This symposium will educate partners and volunteers on the recent tax law changes impacting 2025 tax returns.
The purpose of this symposium is to ensure partners and volunteers are well-prepared to assist taxpayers under the new provision. This presentation will:
- Provide an overview of the One, Big, Beautiful Bill Act and its key tax law changes
- Explain how these changes impact credits, deductions and filing requirements
- Identify which topics and scenarios fall in-scope and out-of-scope for the VITA/TCE program
