 The 2017 HBCU All- Star application is now available! The White House Initiative on Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) works to promote HBCU excellence, innovation, and sustainability. The Initiative will recognize undergraduate, graduate, and professional students for their accomplishments in scholarship, leadership, and civic engagement!
