(7) Nutrition services include—

(i) Conducting individual assessments in—
(A) Nutritional history and dietary intake;
(B) Anthropometric, biochemical, and clinical variables;
(C) Feeding skills and feeding problems; and
(D) Food habits and food preferences;
(ii) Developing and monitoring appropriate plans to address the nutritional needs of children eligible under this part, based on the findings in paragraph (b)(7)(i) of this section; and
(iii) Making referrals to appropriate community resources to carry out nutrition goals.
