(i) The identification of children ages 3 through 21 as children with disabilities; and

(ii) The identification of children ages 3 through 21 as children with the following impairments:
(A) Intellectual disabilities;
(B) Specific learning disabilities;
(C) Emotional disturbance;
(D) Speech or language impairments;
(E) Other health impairments; and
(F) Autism.
