Students embrace Secretary King’s Visit to Wolf Creek
WHIAIANE and the Department of Education are involved in a cross-agency Youth Opportunity working group aimed at improving the quality of life in areas of education, after school programming, extracurricular activities, training and job preparedness, and youth wellness and well-being. Local and Federal leaders have worked together to provide programming such as an Education Gathering Series, Summer After School Meals & Activities, youth work opportunities, developing guidance on responding to kids in crisis, and explored safe places for kids to play.
