The Virginia Space Grant Consortium is advertising for two positions: Education Program Manager and Education Program Specialist. The ad provided will run in the Daily Press and the Virginia Pilot on Sunday, July 21 and Sunday July 28. The position will be open until filled. I anticipate beginning interviews the week of July 29 so folks should get their applications in as early as possible.
The Educational Program Manager position(#13048) will have program management responsibilities for the Virginia Aerospace Science and Technology Scholars Program, the Virginia Space Coast Scholars Program, and other STEM student and teacher programs. The Educational Program Specialist(#13049) will support a range of STEM projects for students and teachers primarily in precollege but also in higher ED as well, including pre-serve teacher programs.
